Class of 2026 Roselle Catholic High School’s (N.J.) Tyrease Hunter has received an offer from Division I Ole Miss Men’s basketball program, today he wrote on X.
Additionally, the 6-foot-3 four-star combo guard holds offers from Seton Hall, Illinois, Robert Morris, Auburn, and Bryant, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Moreover, Hunter’s college hoops recruiting should pick up even further, as his upside is expected to hit a fever pitch as the New Jersey high school basketball season approaches, per high school basketball scouts.
He is quick, an above average outside shooter, and possesses the ability to absorb contact near the basket and finish.
Case in in point, Hunter drained 460 points, grabbed 145 rebounds, and made 48 steals in 30 games played in the 2024-25 campaign.
Ole Miss posted a 24-12 overall mark and went 10-8 in Southeast Conference (SEC) action in the 2024-25 campaign.
