Class of 2027 Albany Academy (N.Y.) forward Logan Rodriguez has received a Division I offer from University at Albany Men’s basketball program, yesterday he wrote on X.
In addition to the Great Danes’ hoop offer, the 6-foot-8 Plattsburgh, N.Y., native holds one from Iona, according to his X account.
Rodriguez’s game continues to progress, as he can rebound, shoot the three, and uses his size to defend down low and score in several ways, per high school basketball scouts.
Rodriguez, who attended the Berkshire School in Massachusetts before transferring to Albany Academy, also suits up for the AAU City Rocks Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) squad.
Albany posted a 17-16 overall record and went 8-8 in American East Conference (AEC) action in the 2024-25 campaign.
