Class of 2026 Skyline Prep High School (Arizona) point guard Torrey Brooks, Jr. has committed to Division I Monmouth University Hawks Men’s basketball program, yesterday he announced via X.
The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Brooks held D1 offers from Seton Hall, Bryant, and Kansas State, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Brooks, who also suited up for New York Lightning AAU squad, played with Camden High School and drained an impressive 394 points, dished out 194 assists, grabbed 80 rebounds, and 50 steals in 25 games last season.
Monmouth put up a 13-20 overall record and went 10-8 in Costal Athletic Assocation (CAA) conference action in the 2024-25 campaign.
