After a recent visit to Rutgers University, the Men’s basketball program offered class of 2027 La Lumiere High School (Ind.) four-star guard Peyton Kemp, yesterday he wrote on X.
Additionally, the 6-foot-2 Kemp, who also plays for Indy Heat EYBL squad, holds offers from Xavier, Old Dominion, Jacksonville, Arkansas State, Toledo, Florida State, and more, according to his X account.
Kemp thrives under pressure valve-moments —draining clutch threes, sinking smooth floaters, and orchestrating the game with poise and composer. Plus, he brings relentless energy, slick handling abilities, lightning-fast hands for steals, and sharp decision-making skills that keeps his team locked in and loaded.
The Scarlet Knights posted a 15-7 overall mark and went 8-12 in Big 10 Conference action in the 2024-25 campaign.
