The world’s greatest mixed tag team of Ethan Page and Chelsea Green have defeated the team of La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana for the Lucha Libre AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship belts today at Alianzas AAA Tour in Monterrey, Mexico.
La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana, both accomplished professional wrestlers in their own right, have held the titles since December of 2024 after beating TNA’s Crazzy Steve and Havok at Cierre De La Gira Origenes.
Page and Green, both proud Canadians, will no doubt be an insufferable pair now that both hold AAA gold around their collective waists, with Page adding to his NXT North American Championship accolade.
Green, the leader of the Green Regime stable alongside Piper Niven and Alba Fyre, is a decorated pro wrestler. Married to wrestling star Matt Cardona, Green holds the distinction of being the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion and a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, further cementing her legacy in sport entertaiment.
