Archbishop Stepinac’s Jasiah Jervis Commits to Michigan State Men’s Basketball

Class of 2026 Archbishop Stepinac High School (N.Y.) guard Jasiah Jervis has verbally committed to Division I Michigan State University Men’s basketball, today basketball media outlets reported.

Additionally, the 6-foot-5, 190-pound Bronx, N.Y., native held offers from Georgia, NC State, Seton Hall, Wake Forest, Xavier, Northwestern, Villanova, Pittsburgh, among other top hoop programs, according to his X account.

Jervis, a four-star player who is No. 50 overall on the Sports Center Next 100 list, is one heck of a shooter, especially from three-point land. He also soars above the rim and finishes well at the hoop. Plus, Jervis plays excellent on-ball defense.

The Spartans are off to a 1-0 start, as they beat Colgate, 80-69, Monday night at home.

Michigan State will host Arkansas Saturday at 7:00 p.m.
