Canarsie High School Girls Basketball Dominates Brooklyn Studio

On the strength of three players scoring in double figures and its stingy defense, the Canarsie High School (Brooklyn, N.Y.) Girl’s basketball team routed Brooklyn Studio Secondary School, 73-7, Friday night at home.

Junior Giada Rossettos led the attack with 18 points, while sophomore Nolae Henry dropped in 16 points. Plus, junior Taniah Johnson chipped in 10 points to improve the Wolfpack’s record to 2-1 on the young 2025-26 Public School Athletic League (PSAL) girl’s hoops season.

Senior Yasmeen Abulan was the lone scorer for the Lady Knights with 5 points.

Canarsie held the Brooklyn Studio (1-2) scoreless for the first three quarters, as it built a 59-0 commanding lead.
