Susan Wagner Girl’s basketball used a fantastic contest from senior Casey McKinney, who drained a game-high 25 points, to knockoff host Laguardia, 55-38, Saturday in Manhattan in Public School Athletic League (PSAL) action.
McKinney added 16 rebounds, another game-best, and four assists, while sophomore Emma Vergas contributed 12 points, and senior Danielle Harrell dropped in 11 points in the Falcons’ (4-2) win.
Sophomore Josephine Ross scored a team-high 23 points for Laguardia (4-4).
Wagner faces Murry Bergtraum Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Kingsboro Community College.
