Paced by senior Alexander Roy, Beacon High School (New York, N.Y.) Boy’s basketball team used four players scoring in double digits to rout West 50th Street Campus, 71-45, Friday night on the road in Public School Athletic League (PSAL) Division 2A Manhattan – II action.
Roy drained a game-high 25 points and grabbed nine rebounds, while sophomores Cooper Barr and Grey Frangione scored 12 points apiece, with Frangione pulling down a game-best 12 boards. Senior Frank Giannone contributed 11 points and nine rebounds to help keep the Blue Demons perfect at 9-0.
Senior Ezekiel Dagner led the Seahawks (4-4) with 21 points.
