Class of 2029 Robert A. Millikan High School (Calif.) point guard Quali Giran has received an offer from Division I Monmouth Men’s basketball program, yesterday he wrote on X.
The 6-foot-1 Californian also holds offers from UCLA, California, Cal State Northridge, and San Jose State, per VerbalCommits.com.
Giran owns explosive speed to the hoop and can switch hands in midair and finish. Also, he sports a sweet mid-range jump shot, can drop buckets from three-point land, and is a solid rim protector.
The Hawks are 10-11 after falling to Campbell, 88-73, today on the road. Monmouth will host North Carolina A&T Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in the Pups and Hoops game.
