Mamadee Sangaray, a defensive back/linebacker at Iona Prep High School (N.Y.), has picked up an offer from Division I Duke University Football program, he recently wrote on X.
Additionally, the 6-foot-1, 200-pound junior, who had helped Iona Prep win two consecutive Catholic High School Football League (CHSFL) championships, holds offers from Syracuse, Buffalo, Wake Forest, Bowling Green State, UConn, Temple, Boston College, among other programs, per his X account.
Also, Sangaray garnered the 2025 CHSFL Defensive Player of the Year award.
The Blue Devils posted a 9-5 record and went 6-2 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) action last season.
