The New York Mets may have found a promising minor league pitcher in 22-year-old Brandon Sproat, who delivered an outstanding performance with 10 strikeouts and only one hit allowed. The team secured a 3-2 victory, with Carlos Guzman contributing to the win. Despite not claiming the victory himself, Sproat has maintained an impressive 1.23 ERA and 3-1 record this season across both Double-A and High-A leagues.
