Hudson Catholic, New Heights Lightning Guard Tahaad Pettiford Earns K-State Hoops Offer

Class of 2024 Hudson Catholic (N.J.) guard Tahaad Pettiford has received an offer from Division I Kansas State (K-State) Men’s basketball program yesterday, per Tweets from Verbal Commits and Andrew Slatter.

Tahaad Pettiford picks up 15th D1 hoops offer.

In addition to Kansas State, the 6-foot-2 Pettiford holds offers from Kentucky, Norfolk State, Ole Miss, Auburn, LSU, Providence, Tennesse, Maryland, UCLA, UConn, St. John’s, Rutgers, Seton Hall and Bryant, according to VerbalCommits.com.

Basketball scouts refer to the New Heights Lightning (NY) player as an electric scorer who possesses a sweet long-range jumper and an elevated gear that permits him to blow by defenders and get to the basketball.

Kansas State posted a 14-17 mark and went 6-12 in Big 12 Conference action last season.
