St. Raymonds’ Tai Turnage Picks Up 14th D1 Hoops Offer from NJIT


Class of 2025 Saint Raymonds High School (Bronx, N.Y.) point guard Tai Turnage received an offer from Division I New Jersey Institute of Technolgy (NJIT) Mens’ basketball program, today he Tweeted.

Additionally, the 5-foot-10 133-pound Queens, N.Y., native holds offers from UMass, Seton Hall, Fordham, UAB, Mississippi State, Robert Morris, Rhode Island, Creighton, Saint Peter’s, Hofstra, UMass, Norfolk State and Bryant, according to VerbalCommits.com.

Turnage is the son of Billy Turnage, head coach of the PSAL’s Wings Academy Boys’ Basketball program.

The Highlanders posted a 7-23 record and went 4-12 in America East Conference (AEC) play in the 2022-23 campaign.
