New Jersey Native, Righty Dwayne Marshall Rejoins Chicago Dogs

Dwayne Marshall, a right-handed pitcher from Piscataway, New Jersey, has re-signed with the Chicago Dogs of the American Association, an MLB Partner League, yesterday the team announced via X.

Marshall pitched for the Dogs in 2025, posting a 1-4 mark with a save in 43.0 innings of work in 21 games.

Marshall played five years of collegiate baseball, going 7-18 with Division I University of Maryland Eastern Shore and D2 Felician University.

Additionally, the 27-year-old suited up for the highly-acclaimed Seton Hall Preparatory High School in West Orange, New Jersey, where he fired a no-hitter, and won state championship during his senior year with the Pirates.
