The PSAL’s Thurgood Marshall Academy (Manhattan, N.Y.) junior point guard Ahmad Torrence has received an offer from Division I Chicago State Men’s basketball program, recently his High School said via X.
In addition to the Cougars’ offer, the 6-foot-5 Harlem. N.Y., native, who also plays for NY Lightning, holds offers from Norfolk State, Fordham, Northern Ilinois, and held one from the now-defunct St. Francis Brooklyn, who no longer have an athletic program, per VerbalCommits.com.
Chicago State is off to a 1-3 start and will face Southern Illinois Thursday at 7:00 p.m. on the road.
