The Hun School of Princeton, Chatham’s Bryce Kania Earns JMU Football Offer


On the heels of picking up an offer from Duke football two days ago, The Hun School of Princeton (N.J.) junior wide receiver Bryce Kania, a Chatham, N.J., native, has earned one from James Madison University (JMU), today he announced via X.

Additionally, Kania, a free safety as well, holds an offer from Boston College, and growing interest from other top D1 football programs, per sources.

Kania, who also runs track for the Raiders and played varsity basketball for Chatham High School last year, is a complete student-athlete. He owns a vertical leap of 32 inches, broad jump of 114 inches and runs the 40-yard dash in 4.65 seconds, according to app.gomvb.com.

The 6-foot-4, 200 pounder used all of his physical attributes to garner All-Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL) First Team wide receiver recognition this past season after catching 30 passes for 630 yards with 13 touchdowns. 

Moreover, Kania sports an impressive 4.0 GPA.

JMU posted a 11-2 overall record and went 7-1 in Sun Belt Conference (SBC) action in 2023.
