Livingston High School Lacrosse Goalie Frank Bagolie Commits to Division II Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University


Livingston High School (N.J.) goalie Frank Bagolie, a current junior, made 174 saves with an impressive 58 save percentage this past season. In the process, Bagolie has verbally committed to Division II Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Men’s lacrosse program, in in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he hopes to study to be a pilot.

“I want to thank Coach Dzama (LHS head coach), Coach Naan, and Coach DiBease for allowing me to prove myself,” Bagolie said. “I’m eager to improve my skills in the offseason as I approach my senior year and I look forward to continuing my lacrosse career after graduation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.”

This past high school campaign, Bagolie shined when it mattered most, as he made six saves with a 78 save percentage to help pace the Lancers to a 6-2 victory in the North Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse League-Bianchi Division title over St. Peter’s Prep on May 1st.

Livingston sophomore middie Reid Snow scored two goals and one assist, while Luke Piche, Noah Anzalone, Hudson Siegel, and Alex Holland added a goal apiece, marking the Lancers’ first outright title since 2018.

Furthermore, in the 20th annual Jake Cup Game, the Lancers edged rival Millburn, 7-5, thanks in part to Bagolie’s impressive 18 saves and 78 save percentage. The Jake Cup, played in memory of former coach Allen “Jake” Jacobson, has become one of the most anticipated games for the Livingston and Millburn boys’ lacrosse squads.

For his impressive season, Bagolie earned several recognitions, including the NJ Group 4 All State (3rd Team), Super Essex Conference (SEC) – American Division (2nd Team) and Bianchi Conference (2nd Team) selections.

As the high school season came to a conclusion, Bagolie is now beginning to gear up for the summer club season. He will play for the Patriot Elite Chrome and the Dominican Republic Men’s National Lacrosse teams.

Bagolie previously competed in the Pan American Lacrosse Association (PALA) Sixes Cup in Jamaica, where he helped secure the team’s inaugural victories and a prestigious bronze medal, a significant achievement for the emerging lacrosse scene in the Dominican Republic.  

Additionally, he plays box lacrosse for Team Israel.

The Eagles posted a 6-8 overall mark and went 2-5 Sunshine State Conference (SSC) action in the 2023-24 campaign.
