Class of 2025 Georgetown Prep School (Md.) guard Patrick McDonough has committed to Division I Army West Point Men’s basketball program, he recently wrote on X.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Baltimore, Maryland, native is a terrific, dead-on outside shooter who is shifty and explosive off the dribble and crafty around the hoop. In nutshell, he finds multiple ways to score.
West Point seems to have landed a steal in McDonough.
The Knights posted a 10-22 record and went 6-11 in Patriot League Conference action in the 2023-24 campaign.
