Class of 2026 Bergen Catholic High School (N.J.) and PSA Cardinals wing Julius Avent has earned a Division I offer from Xavier Men’s basketball program, basketball media outlets recently wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Additionally, the 6-foot-7 Advent holds D-1 offers from Seton Hall, Villanova, Hampton, George Washington, Quinnipiac, NJIT, Virginia Tech and Washington, according VerbalCommits.com.
Advent enjoyed a wonderful sophomore year at Bergen Catholic, pouring in 324 points and grabbing 121 rebounds in 28 games played in the 2023-24 campaign.
The Musketeers posted a 16-18 overall record and went 9-11 in Big East Conference action in the 2023-24 season.
