St. Joseph’s Brooklyn Women’s basketball used five players who scored in double digits to blow past Old Westbury (0-17), 97-39, Tuesday night on the road in a Division III Skyline Conference tilt.
Junior Kristen Donovan poured in a game-high 24 points and made five steals. Freshman Jasmine Chan-Clayton contributed 21 points, while senior Grace Kennedy added 18 points and four assists in the Bears’ (7-11/6-8) win.
Additionally, freshman Nikki Grech posted a double-double of 14 points and a contest-best impressive 30-rebound performance. Staten Island native and freshman Gabriella Cinque added 12 points.
Sophomore Domenika Sanchez had six helpers and four points.
St. Joseph’s returns to action Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Manhattanville.
