The Ziogas sisters — Stella and Hope — torched the competition, scoring a combined 32 points to pace New Rochelle High School (N.Y.) Girl’s basketball team over Putnam Valley Friday night on the road.
Stella, a 5-foot-6 junior guard who also suits up for Team Lightning Melious AAU squad, dropped in 20 points, grabbed eight rebounds, dealt out nine assists, made eight steals and had three blocks, while Hope, a freshman, poured in 12 points, dished out three helpers and made two thefts in the victory.
The Huguenots return to action Tuesday night, as they host Bronxville at 4:30 p.m.
