Team Lightning Melious’ Stella Ziogas Goes Off in Beast of the East AAU Hoops Tournament

Behind a sizzling 43-point, 10 rebound double-double performance from class of 2026 guard Stella Ziogas (New Rochelle/N.Y.), Team Lightning Melious used its high-powered offense to defeat Lady Attack Elite (N.C.) yesterday in the Beast of the East AAU tournament in Greensboro, N.C.

Ziogas, a Siena commit, added six assists and nine steals in the game, while class of 2026 Giada Celetti (Saddle River Day School/NJ) contributed her own double-double of 11 points and 10 boards, and also made five blocks in the victory.
