Red Bank Catholic Standout Tessa Liggio Commits to Bucknell Women’s Basketball


Class of 2026 Tessa Liggio of Red Bank Catholic High School and NJ Shoreshots has verbally committed to Division I Bucknell University Women’s basketball program, today she announced via X.

Liggio scored 133 points, and with that, she had surpassed the 1,000-point mark in her junior year at RBC. The 5-foot-7 point guard added 116 rebounds, 106 assists, and 53 steals in 31 games played this past season, demonstrating her complete, top-to-bottom game abilities.

Bucknell posted a 17-14 record and went 11-7 in Patriot League Conference action in the 2024-25 campaign.
