APR’s Rhoc Kwawununu Earns First College Football Offer from Sussex County CC


Rhoc Kwawununu of A. Philip Randolph High School has earned his first offer from Sussex County Community College (SCCC) football program, yesterday he wrote on X.

A good combination of athletic ability and academic prowess, Kwawununu is a class of 2026 6-foot-1, 250-pound center/nose guard who also sports a 3.6 GPA.

The Cougars went 6-2 and made it to the second round of the PSAL 3A Conference, in which they lost, 28-20, to Brooklyn Tech last season.

SCCC competes in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III Region 19 Conference and posted a 3-6 overall mark in the 2024-25 campaign.
