Team Lightning Melious and New Rochelle High School (N.Y.) 2026 guard Stella Ziogas not only enjoyed a fantastic tournament, but she also proved herself tough and durable. She has earned the Iron Women’s Award for most minutes played in the AAU Under Armour (UA) Rise Circuit Girl’s basketball series, during the spring and summer, according to Todd Ziogas, a coach for the Lightning and also her dad.
Additionally, Ziogas, a Siena University Women’s basketball commit, finished in seventh place in points with over 24 points per game. Plus, she played her heart out for her team, leading both and off the hardwood.
