Senior Richard Jackson, Jr. led all scored with 27 points, as Thomas Jefferson High School Boy’s basketball (Brooklyn, N.Y.) defeated Canarsie, 68-59, in Public School Athletic League (PSAL) Saturday at home.
The win improved the Orange Wave’s record to an 8-2 in league action.
Thomas Jefferson senior Trevor Lewis contributed a double-double of 11 points and 15 rebounds in the victory.
Junior Christian Marbury paced the Wolfpack with 20 points, and added eight boards, while senior James Singleton dropped in 16 points and grabbed seven boards. Devin Clarke, a senior, added 12 points and nine rebounds for Canarsie (7-4).
