The Fordham Rams Men’s Basketball program went over 8.880 miles to find its latest acquisition: 2021 guard Zach Riley, who yesterday committed to the team-school, Stevie Cozens, a recruiter out New Zealand, Tweeted.
The 6-foot-5, 185-pound Riley played for the Auckland Huskies, a semiprofessional team based out of Auckland, New Zealand, this season, winning Youth Player of the Year. He currently attends Rangitoto High School.
Cozens Tweeted that Riley will be joining the Rams midway through the 2021-22 college hoops season.
Fordham posted a 2-12 overall record and went 2-11 in Atlantic 10 Conference action in the 2020-21 campaign.
