Georgia HS Guard Stephon Castle Commits to UConn Hoops

2023 Newton High School (Ga.) guard Stephon Castle has verbally committed to Connecticut Men’s Basketball program, he announced today.

The 6-foot-6, 190-pound Castle, a four-star college recruit, had a number of Division I offers, including Auburn, Arkansas, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Ohio, Miami, Vanderbilt, South Florida, Florida, Ole Miss, Seton Hall, Xavier, Wake Forest, and Memphis.

UConn is of to a 3-0 start in the 2021-22 season after posting a 15-8 overall record and going 11-6 in Big East Conference action last year.
