Millbrook HS, Hoopers NY Star Forward Natalie Fox Commits to William & Mary Women’s Hoops

Hoopers NY and Millbrook High School (N.Y,) 6-foot-4 standout forward Natalie Fox has verbally committed to Division I William & Mary Women’s basketball program over a long list of schools, today she announced via Twitter.

Natalie Fox, a 1000-point scorer at Millbrook High School, chooses D1 William & Mary Women’s basketball program.

Fox, a rising senior, averaged 23.1 points, 19.5 rebounds, 6.5 blocks and 4.5 assists in 12 contests in Insider Exposure’s Hoosier Heat, War Games and Summer Madness AAU basketball tournaments during the summer.

Before Fox committed, Hoopers NY head coach Dan Melious had this to say about Fox’s hardwood ability and overall character: “She has about 45 offers, and whoever gets Natalie is going to be very lucky,” Melious said early this summer. “As great of a player she is, she’s even a better person. I am so proud of Natalie Fox.”

William & Mary posted an 18-13 record and went 12-6 in Colonial Athletic Assocation (CAA) this past season.
