The Staten Island FerryHawks have signed right-handed pitcher Noe Toribio for the upcoming 2024 independent Atlantic League campaign, today the team wrote on X.

With Indianapolis, the Dominican Republic native picked up six wins in 50.2 innings pitched across two years.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Torbio played in the Pirates’ organization for a total of six seasons, posting a 23-16 mark with four saves and a 4.16 ERA with 347 strikeouts in 372.0 frames of work.
