Lincoln HS’s Darrell Owens, Jr. Commits to D2 American International Football


Abraham Lincoln High School (Brooklyn) defensive tackle Darrell Owens, Jr. has verbally committed to the NCAA Division II American International College football program, yesterday he announced via X.

Owens recorded over 20 tackles and recovered one fumble with Lincoln during the 2023 PSAL campaign, per the PSAL.org.

Additionally, he helped the Railsplitters post a 6-2 record and make a PSAL 4A semifinal appearance against Tottenville, a 43-15 defeat.

The Yellowjackets put up a 3-8 mark and went 1-6 in Northeast 10 Conference this past season.
