New Jersey native and Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) transfer Adiana Pacheco has committed to Division I Marshall University Women’s basketball program, today she announced on X.
Pacheco, a forward, held offers from Delaware State and Coppin State before committing to Marshall.
The 6-foot redshirted sophomore averaged 5.2 points and 6.1 rebounds per game in 25 contests with the Knights in the 2023-24 campaign. In the 2022-23 season, Pacheco average 3.5 points and five rebounds per game with the same team.
Before that, she played with Niagara University in the 2021-22 campaign.
Additionally, Pacheco scored 158 points and grabbed 160 boards with Hudson Catholic High School (N.J.) during her senior year of high school.
The Thundering Herd posted a 26-7 record and went 17-1 in Sun Belt Conference (SBC) action this past season.
