Garcia, 30, posted a 6-3 record with a 3.94 ERA in 62.1 innings of work in 54 appearances last season with Triple-A Rochester in the Washington Nationals organization.
The Honolulu, Hawaii, native has put up a 1-2 mark with a save in 35.2 frames in 30 games across parts of four campaigns with the Colorado Rockies (2019), San Francisco Giants (2020), Baltimore Orioles, Oakland A’s and Nationals.
