In addition to pitching professionally for the FerryHawks, Allegretti played with the Aigles de Trois-Rivières of the Frontier League in 2022.
Allegretti is a Brooklyn native who played at Bryant University and Xaverian High School in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
The 25-year-old earned the team Pitcher of the Year award as a junior at Xaverian, and he also played soccer at the high school.
