The Lancaster Stormers have signed left-handed pitcher Mason Ronan for the upcoming 2025 independent Atlantic League season, yesterday the team announced via X, formerly known as Twitter.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Ronan pitched last year for the Class High-A Jersey Shore BlueClaws, a Philadelphia Phillies affiliate, posting a 2-1 record in 29.2 innings of work in 26 games.
The Boston Red Sox selected the 24-year-old in the 28th round of the 2018 MLB Draft out of Penn Cambria High School (Pa.). But he chose to attend the University of Pittsburgh.
Also, Ronan spent a summer with the State College Spikes of the MLB Draft League (MLBD), going 1-0 with a 4.73 ERA in 2022, and then signed with the Phillies that same year.
