Class of 2025 Brendan Oliver, a 6-foot-6 wing from Blair Academy (N.J.) and Epic Elite AAU, has verbally committed to Canisius Men’s basketball program, yesterday he announced on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Additionally, Oliver held offers from Robert Morris and Howard, according to VerbalCommits.com.
Oliver dropped in 241 points in 20 games, and was “tasked with guarding the other team’s best player the entire winter,” per head coach Joe Mantegna on X.
The Buccaneers posted a 20-3 record and captured the National Prep Open Tournament Championship.
The Golden Griffins put up a 3-28 mark and went 3-17 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) action in the 2024-25 campaign.
