The Staten Island FerryHawks have inked relief pitcher Connor Higgins for the upcoming 2025 Atlantic League season, the team announced on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Higgins, 28, pitched for the Party Animals, a club in the Banana Ball Championship League (BBCL), a five-team barnstorming entertainment, exhibition baseball league based in Savannah, Georgia, in 2024.
In 2023, he suited up for the Savannah Bananas in the same league.
Higgins has posted a 6-10 record with a 4.91 ERA in four seasons of affiliated baseball. He advanced as high as the Triple-A Salt Lake Bees (Los Angeles Angels) in 2021.
The Angels selected Higgins in the 30th round of the 2018 MLB June Amateur Draft out of Arizona State University.
