Ex-Chris the King Forward, Monroe College Hoops’ Qingfang Pang Commits to Mississippi Valley State

Qingfang Pang, a power forward who attended Christ the King (CTK) High School in Queens, New York, and played for Monroe College last season, has verbally committed to Mississippi Valley State Men’s basketball program, today MST Hoops announced via X.

The 6-foot-9. 229-pound Pang averaged 8.3 points and 4.4 rebounds per game with the Mustangs last year.

The Shenzhen Guangdong, China, native held a slew of D1 offers before attending Monroe.

The Delta Devils posted a 3-30 overall record and went 2-16 in Southwest Athletic Conference action in the 2025-26 campaign.
