Iverson Plaza, formerly of Jamestown Community College (JUCO/N.Y.), has verbally committed to NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) Webber International University Men’s basketball program, today he announced on X.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!The 5-foot-9 sophomore guard from Brooklyn, N.Y., averaged 8.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game, while shooting 30.3 percent from beyond the arc with the Warriors in the 2024-25 campaign.
Before committing to college, Plaza played high school basketball at Trinity Pawling School in Upstate, N.Y., and first attended George Westinghouse High School in New York City.
Webber put up a 6-21 overall record and went 2-13 in Sun Belt Conference (SBC) play this past season.
