P.J. Singleton, a 2026 Canarsie High School (Brooklyn, N.Y.) guard, has committed to Division I Austin Peay State University Men’s basketball program, today basketball media outlets announced via X.
The 6-foot-6 Brooklyn native, who also suited up for Wiz Kids AAU squad, held offers from Hofstra, St. Bonaventure, Manhattan, Towson, Saint Joesph, and UAB, per basketball media reports.
The three-star player averaged 12.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game this past summer.
With Canarsie last season, Singelton 20.15 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per contests in 13 regular season Public School Athletic League (PSAL) games. He added 18.8 points, 6.4 boards, 1.6 helpers in five postseason tilts.
The Governors posted a 14-19 overall record and went 8-10 in Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) in the 2024-25 campaign.
