Catcher and outfielder Chris Proctor has signed on with the Gastonia Ghost Peppers for the approaching 2026 Atlantic League campaign, yesterday the team announced via X.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Proctor, a Gastonia, North Carolina-born lefty hitter, did not play last year, but spent 2024 with in Gastonia, hitting .258 with 13 home runs, 64 RBI, and a .405 SLG.
Additionally, Proctor suited up for the Melbourne Aces of the Australian Baseball League (ABL) in the winter of 2024-25, and the Lancaster Stormers for three seasons.
The Detroit Tigers selected the 28-year-old Chris Proctor in the 13th round of the 2018 MLB June Amateur Draft out of Duke University.
