St. Joseph’s HS Forward Joel Patrick Receives West Virginia D1 Basketball Offer

Class of 2028 St. Joesph Metuchen High School (N.J.) forward/center Joel Patrick has received an offer from Division I West Virginia Men’s basketball program, today basketball media outlets wrote on X.

Additionally, the 6-foot-10 sophomore holds offers from Iona, Hampton, UTEP, Cal State Bakersfield, and Louisianan State, according to VerbalCommits.com.

Patrick dropped in 162 points, a team-best 258 rebounds and another team-leading 109 blocks in 29 games this past season.

The Mountaineers posted a 21-14 overall record and went 9-9 in Big 12 Conference action in the 2025-26 campaign.
