Christian Ryder-Borhi Transfers to Florida from Brooklyn’s Lincoln High School Football

Former Lincoln High School quarterback Christian Ryder-Borhi is leaving Brooklyn, N.Y., for the sunshine state of Florida to play for to Heritage High School in Palm Bay.

According to his X account, Ryder-Borhi is transferring to Heritage High School for his senior year due to family circumstances.

The class of 2027 signal caller holds interest and offers from colleges and prep and post-grad high schools including National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Florida Memorial University, Division I University of Fort Lauderdale, Howard Huskies Prep Academy (Ohio) post-grad, among others, per sources.

Ryder-Borhi won the 25-26 Abraham Lincoln Offensive MVP after throwing for 1,922 yards. rushing for 323 yards with 20 touchdowns and just three interceptions. His quarterback rating was 126.95 and he completed 65 percent of his passes.

The Railsplitters posted a 5-3 regular season record and made it to the second round of the Public School Athletic League’s (PSAL) Division 4A Conference, a 41-13 defeat to Tottenville High School.
