Chance Sisco, a former New York Mets player now with the Chicago Dogs, has been named the American Association's Catcher of the Year. In 94 games this season, he batted .298 with 17 home runs and 61 RBI. Previously, he played for the Baltimore Orioles from 2017-2021.
Mason Olson, a left-handed pitcher for the New York Boulders, was named Frontier League Pitcher of the Week after nine scoreless innings, as well as boasting a 1.13 ERA and 31 strikeouts in six games this season.
The Lexington Legends have signed veteran pitcher Victor Capellan and rookie Will Carsten for the 2025 Atlantic League season. Capellan, with 17 seasons in baseball, and Carsten, a talented newcomer, join the team.
The Long Island Ducks have re-signed pitcher Justin Alintoff for the 2025 season. He had a solid performance in 2024, recording a 4.46 ERA with 60 strikeouts over 38 appearances.
The Long Island Ducks have re-signed left-handed pitcher Mitchell Senger for the 2025 season. Senger, 27, previously showed strong performance, including a solid 2024 season with a 3.66 ERA and 81 strikeouts.
Wiliams, 28, joined Staten Island in late 2023, batting .314 with five homeruns and 14 RBI in 70 at-bats in 21 tilts. Before that, in 2023, he suited up for the Milwaukee Milkmen of the American Assocation, where he hit three dingers and drove in 16 RBI in 111 at-bats in 31 contests.
Chouinard, who mans the catcher, first base and rightfield position, hit .345 with six home runs, 30 RBI, while slashing .436/524/.960 last season with the Jackalopes.
Dickerson batted .314 with 26 home runs, 91 RBI, 231 total bases, .576 slugging percentage and 965 OPS for the Ducks last Atlantic League season.
