The New York Mets promoted shortstop Wyatt Young from Double-A Binghamton Rumble Ponies to Triple-A Syracuse Mets. Wyatt, 24, had an impressive record before his callup, batting .288 with four home runs, 31 RBI, and 16 stolen bases in 320 at-bats in 101 games.
