Trenton Catholic Academy (NJ) High School guard Brian Bernard has picked up an offer from West Virginia Wesleyan College, a NCAA Division II basketball program, which plays in the Mountain East Conference (MEC), he recently Tweeted.
The 6-foot-3, 180-pound senior guard dropped in 53 points and grabbed 38 rebounds in 16 games last season.
Bernard’s brother, Jean, plays for the University of New Haven Men’s Basketball team.
West Virginia Wesleyan is off to a 0-3 start and 0-3 in MEC action this season. Last year, posted a 12-18 record and went 10-12 in conference play in the 2019-20 campaign.
