Seck Zongo Stays Local with Wagner College Hoops Commitment

Seck Zongo, a 6-foot-7 guard/forward at The Patrick School (N.J.) and New York native, verbally committed to Division I Wagner College (N.Y.) Men’s basketball program, yesterday Real Scout Basketball Tweeted.

Zongo, a class of 2023 graduate, originally committed to Northern Illinois in July of 2022, but decided to stay local to attend college on Staten Island, N.Y.

Zongo, who suited up with AAU Team Diffrnt, had played for Whitehall-Yearling High School (Ohio) as a junior, and Murry Bergtraum (PSAL-Manhattan) in the 2019-20 season.

However, I am not sure where he played as a sophomore.

Wagner posted a 15-13 overall record and went 8-8 in Northeast Conference (NEC) play in the 2022-23 campaign.
