GiGi Battle, a sophomore at Rutgers Prep High School (N.J.), has earned another Division I offer, this time from Wisconsin Women’s basketball program, yesterday she announced via X.
Additionally, Battle, a 6-foot guard, continues to rack up the offers, as she holds one from Michigan, Illinois, Miami, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Georgia, Arkansas, Arizona, Penn State, Syracuse. Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Maryland, Auburn, Northwestern, Princeton, Boston College and George Washington, per her mother, Tanya, and Twitter account.
Battle enjoyed an exceptional high school basketball freshman season, draining 297 points, grabbing 172 rebounds and making 50 steals in 30 games last year.
The ultra gifted Battle also plays for Exodus NYC 16U EYBL. And she suited up for the 16U United States of America Basketball Junior National (USABJN) trials team in May.
The Badgers posted a 11-20 record and went 6-12 in Big 10 Conference play in the 2022-23 campaign.
