Class of 2024 College Achieve Public Charter — Asbury Park (N.J.) and Team Final EYBL guard Micheal Deuce Jones has committed to La Salle University Men’s basketball program, today multiple outlets announced via X.
In addition to La Salle, the 6-foot-3, 170-pound Trenton N.J., native held offers from Temple, Robert Morris, Delaware, Fairfield, Milwaukee, Duquesne and Florida International, VebalCommits.com.
Jones had averaged 16.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 6.3 assists last year with the Knights. He has drained 1,202 points in high school across the seasons.
Jones previously played for Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy as a sophomore, dropping in 562 points, grabbing 102 points and making 72 steals in 26 games during the 2021-22 campaign.
The Explores are 1-0 after beating Drexel, 67-61, in their season opener. La Salle hosts Northeastern Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
